Only produced in the best vintages. A blend of the estate's oldest vines, all indigenous to Ribeiro: Treixadura, Albariño, Lado and Torrontés. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in neutral oak where the wine ages on the lees for 12 months. Bottled and then aged an additional three years before release.
Liquid gold in the glass, aromas of preserved lemon, white-fleshed stone fruit, beeswax and iodine accented by an elegant floral note. The palate is immensely concentrated and exquisitely balanced, vibrating with energy and citric freshness. The magical combination of old vines and extended time in cellar yield unmatched purity of fruit and a salty mineral vein. Spanish Chablis.
