A blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc with a touch of Carignan Gris, sourced from older vines planted on limestone and schist soils. Manually harvested and directly pressed, the wine ferments in huge oak barrels until dry, then ages for 10 months before bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Crisp and luminous, the nose is an array of lemon zest, white grapefruit, subtle florals and crushed river stone minerality. The palate brims with unmatched freshness and verve, with quintessential texture and notes of green citrus, Anjou pear and deep saline minerality.
