Old vine Chenin Blanc sourced from what is considered the greatest plot for the grape in the world: the hill of Brézé. Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the grapes are rigorously sorted for quality, with only the best making into this wine. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for a minimum of two years in a mixture of barriques and large oak barrels, the wine is finally racked before bottling and release.
A refined and radiant nose of yellow citrus, crushed rocks, Anjou pear and green fig. The palate is chiseled and tightly wound with crystalline orchard fruit, spice cake, and deep, rocky minerality. The striking acidity and textures lift the abundance of flavor and leads to a long, concentrated finish that seems to last for hours.
