100% Grolleau, a native Loire variety, planted on chalky soils in the northernmost part of Anjou. Organically farmed, the grapes are hand-harvested, crushed and macerate overnight to ensure a soft pink color. After six months aging, the bottles are disgorged without any added dosage.
Elegant and zesty, the pretty floral bouquet bounces right out of the glass with lilac, fresh rosemary, tangerine, pomegranate and pink peppercorn. The sprightly, bone-dry palate carries tart red fruits over a soft, delicate mousse followed by chalky minerals and a fresh, crisp finish. Simply chill and enjoy with ease.
