Instead, they cherish Burgundian producers’ elegant craftsmanship – their ability to reveal wonders of the varying terroirs of Burgundy through two single grapes. Burgundy's vignerons don't consider themselves owners of their land, merely stewards of history and caretakers for the next generation.

Domaine Génot-Boulanger:
Guillaume and his wife Aube represent the fourth generation of vignerons at Génot-Boulanger. Their wines are produced exclusively from estate-owned vineyards from over 30 appellations Burgundy: from Chambolle-Musigny in the Côte de Nuits, Meursault in Beaune, and onto Mercurey in Côte Chalonnaise.

With 22 hectares of organically and biodynamically-farmed vines, Génot-Boulanger is one of only a few family-owned Burgundian domaines to produce such a diverse range. Join us as Guillaume takes us on a journey of his climats!
