Matteo Furlani is a true master of sparkling wine. Made in the ancestral method (bottle fermented) from biodynamically farmed grapes, this bottles mesmerizing appearance comes from Pinot Grigio's true skin color. Grown in the mountainous Alto Adige region, the high elevation vineyards preserve the grape's natural acidity, making for a crisp, bone dry, delicate sparkler. A store favorite! 
Bichi 'Pet Mex' MX 2018  $39.99 

Viva México! From vineyards planted by Spanish missionaries, this Pet Nat comes from a 70 year old plot of a mystery grape that has yet to be identified! The high elevation and proximity to the ocean gives the wine a salty, electric edge that we just can't seem to get enough of. Ripe strawberries and tart acidity make this rosado the perfect vin de soif. Raise a glass to our neighbors!

One of our favorite new discoveries. Breaking Bread is a TINY project making unadulterated wines from dry-farmed vineyards in Northern California. Unfined and unfiltered, this zippy pet-nat is tart, juicy and fun. Crisp, brambly berries coupled with a touch of spice and bit of funk! Minute quantities are made so act fast!
